New Artiste: RUGER

Mavin/ Jonzing records have yet again signed a new artiste.And he goes by the name Ruger formerly known as Mikki Drey. His birth name is Michael Adebayo and he is 21 years old. He was also born in Lagos.
              Ruger grew up in a musical environment.Whether dancing to music with his mum in the living room or being inrtoduced to the likes of Boys, Men, Rihanna, Beyonce from his sister or in car journeys with his dad playing Bob Marley all the time and the occasional strong parties in his local community. His life is unintentionally revolved around music.
              He would be Jonzing's first major signing since Rema. But unlike Rema's arramgement, Ruger is only signed to D'prince's Jonzing world with no affliation to Mavin records. Instead, this deal will go through Sony Music West Africa. He was officially revealed on Monday 18 January,2020.
              On  D'prince Instagram page,@dprincemavin, Jonzing records CEO, wrote"My people can't thank you all enough for the love & support you have shown to me and my family @thejonzingworld. I am indeed very grateful for the confidence reposed on me to deliver another talent of the next gen and ensuring the industry appreciates and recognizes the unique sounds of today.
Today is the beginning of a new chapter in the history books, as we unveil another of Jonzing World's next gen special talent @ruger official to the world.He is indeed a special being who i have put in lots of creative time and energy into his development & knowledge of the journey ahead of him.
So guys please go follow @ruger official and let's once again get on this journey together to fill the history book with love and success stories of the new kid in the Jonzing family.

      On his Instagram page, Don Jazzy wrote that, "I have always told y'all that one of the greatest A&Rs we have in this game is my brother @dprincemavin.
Following his last discovery of the bad commando Rema he has now discovered signed and groomed another super talented new artist by the name @ruger official.I have listened to so many of his works and he is definitely one to watch.Guys please follow the new member of @thejonzingworld family."
       Ruger himself took to his Instagram page and wrote that,"Happy to be with the Jonzing world family @thejonzingworld. Let's go!!!!!".
     A few weeks before Davido released A BETTER TIME, he was hanging out with D'prince when he showed Ruger's face on his Instagram live and hailed the young man.
Just to let you guys know, it's unlikely that Ruger would be the last new artist from Mavin- released spheres in 2021.

        Joseph Favour Promise also known as Kidwhite is a Nigerian artiste that was born on July 6 2002. He is also an indigenous rapper. He records in Yoruba,English and Igbo .In the year 2020, he released his debut track "Hook" while signed to Ot-Records.         Favour was born in Ajao Estate, Lagos state. H graduated from Cecil College in Ogun State. He started his career when he released his first single,"True Colour" in 2019.
