Astro is a South Korean boy band formed by Fantiago Entertainment, Japan, that debuted in 2016. The group is composed of 6 members; MJ, Jinjin,Cha Eun-woo, Moon Bin,Rocky and Yoon San Ha.

  They debuted with the single " Hide & Seek" from their debut EP, Spring Up. And were subsequently named by Billboard as one of the best new k-pop groups of 2016.

   They have gathered over11 million followers on Twitter,  Instagram, and YouTube  and have earned over 30 nomination throughout their career.

BTS:

BTS is also a South Korean boy bad that formed in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Bighit Entertainment. The group consists of V, Jungkook, RM, J-hope, Jimin, Suga and Jin,collectively, they write their songs and produce much of their own materials. 

  It was originally a hip-hop group, their musical style has changed to incorporate a massive range of genres; their songs(lyrics), mostly talks about mental health, the troubles of school age youth and coming of age, loss, the journey towards self love and individualism.

   BTS has become one of the few groups since the Beatles, to chart US number one albums in less than 2 years and Love yourself: Answer(2018), was the first Korean album certified Platinum by the RIAA. They also became the first all South-Korean act to reach the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Global 200, with their Grammy nominated single, "Dynamite" in 2020.

   ASTRO and BTS are basically in a competition, though rumour has it that Cha Eun woo of Astro and Jungkook of BTS are friends, but even with this, they are still competitors.

    They both have the hottest k-pop artists in the world, Cha Eun woo and V, they both are recognized internationally, they both have a large fanbase and are loved in the world,and they both have a lot if achievements.
